Easier to find us by name

We made it clearer to search engines that "sndbl" means Sendable, and kept our app's sign-in pages out of search results, so looking us up by name brings up the homepage instead of the login screen.

  • Brand name recognized. Searching "sndbl" now points to the homepage, because search engines know the domain and the brand are the same thing.
  • Cleaner search results. The app's sign-in and internal pages no longer show up in search, so people land on the right page.

Live numbers on the homepage

The headline stats on the homepage now come straight from the product, the founders using Sendable, emails audited, and domain reports processed, and they roll up from zero as you arrive instead of sitting as fixed numbers.

Easier to find on Google and AI search

We made the Sendable site properly discoverable, so our free tools and guides turn up when you search for help with email deliverability, whether that's on Google or through an AI assistant.

  • Search engine ready. Added a sitemap, tidy page descriptions, and rich metadata so Google and Bing can index every page and guide.
  • AI answer ready. The site now welcomes AI assistants and describes itself for them, so tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity can find and cite our guides.

A friendlier free checker and a smoother way in

We made the free domain checker more honest, steadied up audits and drafting, and made requesting beta access a lot simpler.

NewGetting started
  • Request beta right from a domain check. After the free checker shows your result, you can ask for beta access to get a daily report on that domain, with your email carried straight into the request form.
  • Quick questions on the request form. The beta request now asks how you heard about us and your role, so we can get you set up faster.
ImprovedFree domain checker
  • No more false alarms. When we can't scan your DKIM (for example a custom Amazon SES setup) or your DMARC is still in monitoring mode, we now show it as neutral instead of a scary red issue, because it isn't actually a problem.
ImprovedAudits and drafting
  • Steadier verdicts. Audit scores stopped flip-flopping between runs, now settled by a majority vote across checks.
  • Smarter rewrites. Regenerating a draft now learns from the version you rejected and checks itself against your audit as it writes.
  • Reads more pages. Audits can now open links that sit behind bot protection, so fewer come back blank.

  • Clearer Google permissions. The sign-in page now explains, in plain English, exactly what Google access Sendable asks for and why.

Domain Health used to pause for around ten seconds before showing anything. Now it opens in under a second, and stays that quick however many reports you've built up.

Know exactly who's sending as you

Mystery sending servers now show a real name, and the sender the verdict warns about always turns up in the list right below it.

Fairer scores for everyday inboxes

Sending from a personal mailbox like Gmail or Outlook no longer drags your score down for setup you don't control.
